This HOA management company is good for one thing. That's keeping our subdivision entrances looking nice. That's it !Nothing more. It's a joke and a lot of my neighbors have had a poor opinion of this HOA management group for years. This management group ignors rental companies owning and renting out houses in our subdivision. Which is outlined by our builders and HOA guidelines as not being allowed.This heartless HOA management group charges $40 per month late charges and $90 threatening letters from a law firm during this pandemic. During a time when people are struggling to keep their house after being unemployed for months. SBS Management LLC is a heartless management company ! It has been said during hard times a companies true character comes out well SBS has showed its ugly head. Stay away from this management company.

We have been with SBS going on 4 years and what a rewarding experience after 4 years with our previous management company. SBS is experienced and very thorough with fulfilling their responsibilities of day to day management and follow up, accounting, contractors, budgeting, counseling, inspecting properties, and record management. SBS organizes our annual meetings and attends our open and closed Board meetings. SBS also has associates on staff who can do minor repairs, landscaping, dryer vent cleaning, etc. Just ask and the cost competitive and sometimes lower than hiring a contractor.

From a condo Board perspective, and other personal experiences, I can say that SBS is one of the better management companies out there. Some owners tend to be self sufficing when there is what appears to be a delay or lack of action on the part of the Management Company. This very well could be a result of non-action, delay, or other reasons on the part of the Association. This will cause some bad reviews, but from my perspective, I can say that SBS is very responsive in relaying owner concerns, gathering bids for work, financial reporting, and insuring meetings are taking place as required by law, among other things. I feel that this Management Company is aligned with our Board (as a representative of the ownership as a whole), in insuring that fees are kept reasonable, the property remains in excellent condition, and the property values appreciate.

This management company is focused on maximizing the value of your property. SBS assures that each condominium unit is maintained at the highest level. I highly recommend their services.

I have worked with SBS for about 10 years. First as a Condo owner and now with an HOA. I find them to be very responsive and sincerely interested in servicing all the residents. I have worked with three other Management Companies in the 15 years I have lived in a controlled community and have found SBS to be the best by far.
