Started my rent 5 months ago. They were very professional helpful. They knew I was moving from out of state so they handed me the key 2 days earlier to make it more convenient for me to move in. Spacious and clean apartment. Sun gets to every corner of the apartment. Huge storage spaces. They took care of most of my move-in requests, even the things I didn’t expect them to do. Requested maintenance again a month ago. They were fast, knowledgeable, and efficient.nnMy only comment would be the colors of the doors. walls, and cabinets. Sometimes I feel it’s the year 2000 with those colors. But I’m not super picky so they definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

Wow! I wish all partners were as great to work with! Emily and her team are professional and responsive. From a friendly voice on the phone to a smile in the office, the service we receive is exceptional. So nice to actually speak with a person and get answers quickly! Thanks for all you do.

I do love my apt and most of the staff are really nice, especially April who has always been helpful and pleasant. But on Saturday 11/7/2020 the woman was working in the office that day was very rude, and very short with me on the phone when I called and told me to “check our website” when I asked her a question about how much our rent payment was. She said her computer was down and then hung up. I thought that was very rude and caught me by surprise seeing how the staff has always been so nice.
