There is a buyer for every house. The Heart of it All team worked exceptionally hard in finding our buyers. Our agent certainly hit the ground running by bringing us the first offer within just a few days of taking the listing. I certainly do not know all of the behind-the-scenes work that happened, but compiling the data on applying for a county variance was much appreciated (and could have sealed the deal with the buyers)..nnThere are many other things that we might never know about, but we thank you nonetheless. Buying and selling a home is stressful (for me, anyway) and not having control over large parts of the process makes it even more stressful (for me certainly). Our agent exuded calmness when I was at the emotional extreme.nnThis is certainly a team that I’d turn to again to buy or sell a property.

Kelly and Laura are awesome. They helped me find and purchase my house. Being a first time buyer, Kelly was patient with me and my hundreds of questions. I will definitely be back here if I ever look for another house!!
