They’ve always been pleasant to work with. I had pants hemmed with no problem and no issues with dry cleaning services. Highly recommend!
I recently took in two bridesmaids dresses which needed minor alterations. Both needed to be hemmed and one of them needed the straps taken up. I wasn't given a ticket or an estimate of how much it would cost but I assumed it would be standard, maybe $30-$40 for such simple alterations. When I came back a week later, it cost me nearly $100 for those simple alterations. On top of that, I wore one of the dresses yesterday and was surprised to find that it hadn't even been hemmed! The owners were friendly, but I am not happy with the way I've been scammed. I won't be taking my clothing back there!
The best dry cleaner in town. It's family owned business and quality of service is highly satisfied and employees are very friendly. I've been using this cleaner for many years and they have never disappointed me with their service. I highly recommend this cleaner!
I have been going to Joy Cleaners for 10 years and they always do an excellent job no matter if it's dress clothes or linens or something special. They are super nice and work very hard.
