I work for a property management company and this is and has been our go to carpet cleaning vendor for a long time. Debbie is incredibly responsive, flexible, and they do a fantastic job on our vacant/move in ready units.
Had my upholstered couch and a chair cleaned. Technician was on time and called me when he was 15 minutes away as I requested. Not every stain came out of my white couch, but that was my fault because the couch had never been cleaned before and some of those stains were at least 5 years old. But at least I know that it is now clean. Looks much better. Happy overall with the experience.
