Wish i could rate a no star.I know someone whom works for this company and is constantly treated poorly. Erin, the office manager is very rude to workers and potential home buying clients. She emails the workers hatefully, and the company as a whole is cheap. The homes are made as cheaply as possible, they refuse to pay employees their worth and they are required to drop everything and work weekends and late nights when the boss wants. Then they refuse to pay overtime and make them take off hours that they would normally be working.

These people once they sell you the house, you can forget about customer service, they won’t answer your questions even if it is something as simple as telling you what was the paint used at the interior of your house, they are supposed to do a walkthrough during the first year, I’ve been living there 5 years and I’m still waiting. They just don’t care about their customers and based on what I have read on here I’m not the only one. They make their quick profit and bye!

Urban Groupe Homes focuses on new construction of production homes and custom homes. They build homes above building code and with an upscale finish. The job is done right the first time. I have known the owners of this company for some time. They are honest and upfront to deal with so both parties get a fair deal or a good deal. No hidden agenda so its like buying a new car with no hassle.

I like my subdivision and my home overall, but the builder and staff are hard to deal with. They do not return phone calls. I strongly recommend you have an agent when dealing with this builder and get everything in writing.
