My wife and I are new to Kentucky and the Lexington area, and Michael Prather and his team were truly wonderful in helping us find a new home! Overall, his team was professional, had great communication, provided updates, quickly scheduled multiple virtual tours for us, took the time to get to know us and our interests, and showed us around town multiple times to give us a lay of the land and for in-person tours when we were able to fly into Lexington. When it came time that we were ready to make an offers Michael and his team did their homework and consulted multiple colleagues to vet the value of the home and to justify an offer below asking price. Michael was instrumental in the difficult negotiations process and really came through for us in the end, securing our dream hobby farm home at a reasonable price. Most of all, Michael is just an all-around great guy who is very sociable and knows everyone, making recommendations for the best restaurants to visit, what to do in the area, and who to hire for various jobs around the home. Further, Michael continues to check in on us months after we moved here to make sure we are settling in and connected. I cannot recommend Michael and his team enough - thank you for all your hard work!

Jonathan Mufflin and the rest of the Prather Team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Jonathan was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about many aspects of real estate and the buying process. He was responsive and flexible, and we were confident that he continued to represent our best interests in the process. Buying or selling, we would definitely work with Jonathan and his team again.

Jonathan Mifflin is the best! He made the whole process of searching for and buying a house so much simpler! He walked with us every step of the way and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and process, which was very important since we were first-time homebuyers. When we had questions or issues, he got to the bottom of it and always responded in a timely manner. No issue was too small. He has an easy-going demeanor, which was perfect for my husband and I. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area! Great job!
