In December 28 of 2019 I gave $1,000 $us to Joey Smith, from Smith Realty Group, as a good faith deposit for lot number 106 Creekstone Georgetown KY 40324 at Falls Creek Subdivision for the price of $54,000.nAfter 30 days Joey Smith called me for the document signing. I explained to him I was still waiting on the bank for the construction loan processing to pay the lot and construction and would need to have 30 days more for the bank to complete the process. He refused and insisted that if I did not move forward now then he would raise the price an additional $11,000 for a total sum of $65,000.nI was not in agreement with the new price and canceled the agreement. I then requested the refund of the good faith deposit in the amount of $1,000 previously given under the original agreement. He refused to return the funds issued as a deposit.nAfter calling him numerous times to resolve the issue, he refused to take any of my calls and blocked my number.nI have not received any explanation or justifiable reasons, verbally, written, or otherwise, as to why I have not received a refund of the $1,000.

I sent emails, inquiring about a rental property, over a week ago. I have, yet, to receive a response. This isn't the first time I've reached out to them, via email, about one of their rental properties. I didn't get a response, then, either. Lesson learned.

Very Rude and unprofessional. My husband and I were approved for a town home. Came into the office to sign the lease and realized we forgot some documentation at home. We left to get the documentation and they called us as soon as we left and told us that they changed their mind. And we couldnt get the town home. Without giving us any reasoning. They must not have liked the way we looked.

the staff here is very rude and unprofessional. it took four days to get documentation needed and I was told I called too often and hung up on
