Contacted agent on Sunday to review and make cash offer on a property, was told by agent she would get info and call me back. Called back again on Monday left voicemail. Never received call back or any contact after initial conversation.

Somehow I missed posting a review of Coldwell Banker last May when my Husband and I closed on our second home. Deni Hamilton was assigned to us via USAA's Movers Advantage Program. Let me say first off she is one of my favorite people. I am so thankful we made the connection with her and had her holding our hands through the whole process. From first showing till the ink dried at closing she was there for us and continues on as not only the only realtor I will ever use or recommend, but also a beautiful person in our eyes. Truly an expert in her field and with the area. You will find am honest, reliable, commented, determined, and just Realtor with Deni Hamilton and Coldwell Banker. This was our third experience with Coldwell Banker are we are convinced the company is awesome. If you want your needs met in a timely noteworthy manner I highly suggest you seek out Coldwell Banker and preferably Deni Hamilton or if another locality one of their other competent realtors.
