Magnolia Pointe Apartments

The landlord changed up our lease in the middle of the year and when I went to do something about it they told me what they were doing is legal and in the lease, and if I don't comply I have to leave. So if you want to double my rent is that in the lease too? Since we moved here (10mo ago) our bedroom door has been off the hinges and they won't fix it. They make you pay for utilities that you don't get to control. They had no hot water in a building for an entire month and told the tenants to go to families house to take a shower or boil some water. There are potholes everywhere and they throw a little gravel down like it will help when I've seen and talked to people who have broke their cars from these bumps. The people in the front office try to talk to the renters like were peasants. One even profiling my roommate saying that we couldn't afford to live there (which by no means is the case my income alone is 4x my rent). There are always cops driving around this place or at someone's apartment. There is trash all over the place. there's dog's that will attack other dogs and humans and nobody does anything about it. This is a horrible place to live. They can't keep management for more than 2 or 3 months. You will regret signing your lease, just ask anyone who lives there. Please save yourself the headache. Apartments at beechwood villa are cheaper and right down the road

Dirty, noisy and its only getting worse. My home is adjacent to this complex and I have a friend that lives there. It went under new ownership. The new owners (slumlords) are maintaining nothing. This goes for salting the sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.....they are skating rinks when it snows. Pitiful, now they are trying to figure legal ways to charge tenants for water against what the old, exsisting lease agreements cover. when it has always been included. It never ends! Beware! They can't (legally) now. But renew your lease and find out!

Boyfriend lived there for 10 plus years only got a new stove when the other caught fire, renter beware of this place scum lords own it

It is a cool place to live, has a playground (might need to be fixed) and has a office that has really nice people who work there. I went to the office about a week ago, and this nice lady, she showed me how to add money on a money card. Thanks for the notification about where I live.

My step brother just moved here and he seems happy
