The condo itself was nice size, and we loved the back patio area. The patio offers a good space to grill and socialize. All of our neighbors were very friendly and parking wasn't an issue.nnThe reason for the lower rating is due to several factors. First of all, the walls were thin. You can hear people talking normally next door, so if they are loud, you'll get to hear everything. The second (and more important reason) is the rudeness and lack of urgency from the rental company. The condo was not cleaned initially prior to moving in, but they were able to get a cleaner in after we brought it to their attention.nnThe basement flooded very badly, but that complaint was ignored for over 2 years. The location of the flooding was directly under the washer and dryer, so our appliances rusted underneath pretty bad. The rental company said that is a common problem, and after speaking with the neighbors it is definitely the case. The flooding would occur after any rain or snow melt, and the water would come through cracks in the concrete foundation. The breakers would also kick out if you tried to make coffee and toast at the same time, or vacuum the floors, or use a hair dryer. So to reset the breaker, often times you'd have to go stand in a puddle of water to reset an electrical breaker. So in other words, bring a shop vac with you if you move here.nnGarbage pick up is hit and miss. There is a dumpster that is used by roughly 10 units. This tends to fill up quickly, so if they don't compact it with their tractor you'll end up dealing with garbage all around the dumpster.nnCrickets... Holy moley... Every summer, crickets will find their way into your basement. We ended up using glue traps to minimize the chirping every night.nnEmployees will enter your unit every couple of months to change the air filter in the furnace/ac. So be aware of that.nnThe back door to get to the patio area was glass, but did not have any kind of covering for it. To get some privacy, we ended up getting a magnetic rod and curtain to cover it up.nnSnow removal was non-existent. During this year's multiple heavy snows, they plowed one time, but never got near the empty parking spaces or sidewalks. Usually snow isn't a problem in Cincinnati, but I had my hopes up that they would use their tractor or the pick up with a snow plow to assist residents getting in and out of their residence.nnOverall, there are worse places out there. The condo by itself was very nice in appearance, but came with a lot of headaches too. Don't expect management to move quick (if at all) for issues you may run into. Some people have better luck than we did, so it is what it is. This unit works well for a transitional set up, but I'd never want to plan on a long term stay.

I have been living here for a year now with my family. I really love it here. The community is very well kept its quite and close to all the restaurants and stores you need. The townhomes are clean and spacious too. It's a great place when you are wanting to transition to a home. The only one down fail is that the walls are super thin. Whatever your neighbors are doing you will hear it. If you can handle that then you will be fine. It's not a forever place to live it's a transition place for me.

Assistant at the Milford location is very RUDE. So unprofessional. We’ve been living in the Amelia location for over 4 years and we’ve never had an issue. We pay over 1k we shouldn’t have to deal with such poor assistance.
