My family and I have lived here since August and we absolutely love it! Maintenance is super fast, super nice and knowledgeable. Tina and Sarah in the office are sweet, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable as well. I love the convenience of online payment as well as maintenance requests. We’re very much loving our new home and community.

Timber Creek is full of amazing people and I feel like the opportunity for a community is available. Maintenance always comes by in a timely manner. The office people are extremely nice as well!

2 stars out of 5. Pros: Good area, pool, close to 275, close to shopping, close to Milford HS Cons: 900 to 1000 rent monthly. Must make certain income and credit. Lots of insane rules that make bo sense.. Pool is closed but they will not allow blow up pools. Fines residents for trivial matters. Takes forever to fix things.

The lady’s in the office are very nice and have been great! We don’t move in till July but it’s so nice to have friendly staff at the leasing office, I can call them and they answer any questions right away or call me back.

Love the trees all around the property, the landscaping always looks good, feels like a park! Staff is very friendly and responsive
