My smoke detector was going off and would not turn off! Ben was here within minutes and replaced it for me! He also left with the broken smoke detector that was STILL alarming! Thanks so much, Ben!

I moved here about 2 months ago and my experience has been outstanding. My apartment is really big and spacious with very nice floors and countertops. The maintenance guys even hung pictures for me! The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. The office staff has been extremely helpful and efficient in every way. They have monthly neighborhood gatherings. Pets are welcome! It’s an absolute pleasure to live here!

Pretty cool. Nice bathrooms. I like living here, the leasing office people are really helpful and easy to work with.

There is a reason why this complex is half empty. While the 2 car garage is useful, you will pay for it in all of the add-on charges that aren't mentioned when you are quoted the rent. The units are poorly constructed. During heavy rains we had leakage into the unit. The neighbor across the way noticed that the wall in the bathroom felt damp. Opened the wall and water gushed out. Glad to be out of there.
