I worked with Jen @ CincyFlatFee to sell our Mt Lookout home. She provided great advice around properly setting the price on our home based on recent comps in our neighborhood vs what we paid for it or felt it was worth. We attracted serious buyers and received multiple offers within 24 hours from listing. She was great sounding board when negotiating the contract. I would never try selling a home myself (FSBO) again, if CincyFlatFee is around.
