BB rents is a terrific property management company, always polite and easy to deal with. If a problem arises they will work hard to resolve it and are very good about following up to ensure they’ve met your needs. Anytime I’ve had to speak with someone at their office they have always treated me with respect and solved the issue as quickly as possible. I’ve been a tenant in one of their properties for 3 years now and am happy to continue renting the property for years to come.

It’s been just over a month and it’s been good so far. My maintenance request were promptly taken care of with 2 days. The only thing I didn’t like was of the house wasn’t ready the availability date kept getting pushed back

First I'll start by saying I never have a problem with getting maintenance to come when there's been an issue on the property not even during these trying times we're facing. Since all this covid pandemic my rent was late a few times over the past few months because a few of my clients parents tested positive which led to me having a decrease in hours. They responded quickly to all my panicked emails about the situation and allowed me time to sort things out. I have a few issues with the property itself otherwise I would've gave 5 stars. I'm blessed to have a roof of my children's and my head.

This is my first time renting from BBRents and I must say that Brandon was so amazing. He responded to every email and made my move extremely easy. Also the house is amazing as well.
