We've been renting our business space from L'Heureux Properties for 10 yrs. Since day one we had a great connection with Bill L'Heureux. He & his team are a great asset to the Nelsonville community. It's been a great experience to be a part of the historical town square. Perfect location, affordable rates, honest & considerate landlord who does his utmost to keep his tenants welcomed & looked out for. Thanks for supporting us as we made a better connection to our local community!

Rented a house for a year in Nelsonville and they treated us awesome throughout the whole year untill we left, they said that things weren't clean, we left that place cleaner then what we found it. If you rent from them, document EVERYTHING because they will charge you for it if you don't.
