I'm in an apartment owned by ProKos Rental and I love it here the Maintenance crew of Nelsonville ohio are always polite and very helpful and the Managers are nice too

They are a terrible rental company. When a tenant needs a repair, it takes a month for it to get to repair man, then another month for him to make a repair, of TERRIBLE quality. Some repairs just don't get done, like the roof leaking. They change managers frequently, complaints have to be resubmitted to every new manager. They do not give you window screens, all were damaged or missing. In a year of requests, not one screen was replaced. They will spray one apt for bugs and not the whole building, that's smart. Not a good company nor a good apt community. Not safe there.

I had spoke with the new manager and I've seen the complex behind sonic. Definitely a good place and a nice vibe. It didn't hurt that the new manager actually was nice and wasn't rude like the old one. Still to pricey for me but if I could I would be there in a minute! Good job on improving customer service !!!!!
