What an amazing job Tornado Shine did for our two SUVs! They were prompt in booking the appointment, took great care of the vehicles and made them look and smell like new. Well worth every penny!
I had really been struggling with water spots on my midnight blue BMW. I need my car everyday so dropping it off at a shop wasn’t an option. Tornado Shine came to my office downtown Lexington. I never even saw them. The process was seamless. When they were done, they asked me to remote unlock the car so they could dry the sills. He sent me several pictures so I could inspect the work. Once I was satisfied, I paid via Venmo. The work was better than expected. It rained several days in a row after the detail and I have no water spots. I will use them again in the spring.
Eric did such a great job on my car's interior. I received the car from a family member who worked in a coal mine and I am floored by how clean my seats are now. I didn't think to take before pictures, but trust me, they were bad. The darker spots in the photos are because the seats were still a little wet.
I felt like I got into a new car after they worked on it! I cannot wait until I can have my husband's car serviced, also. Great job! Will use again.
Our car was in the shop. The shop destroyed the interior and didn’t want to fix or clean anything... Eric and his team at Tornado Shine made everything right. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable... had awesome tools! I trusted them to do everything that they thought was right and I’m glad I did. I could not have done a better job myself (and I’m the kind of guy who would try) and I doubt seriously anyone else in town could either! I will be hiring Tornado Shine very soon to work on my truck.
