Very reliable, they were right on time. They got me to my destination at a perfect time, the driver was nice and friendly, very comfortable ride at a great price

This only cab service in the area. Saying they have the worst service is an understatement. You’d be lucky to get them on the phone and god forbid you have a job, I have to Call half an hour before I actually need to be therenAnd this is almost every day. Do not recommend at all also the people who pick up calls are inadequate. Your taxi base business works around you picking up the phone. Why I have to spam call only to be ignored like it’s my fault I have to get somewhere idk

Horrible servicenI lost something and I call them to ask if they found anything but just as I called and they saw I was not calling to ask for a taxi, they hung me up!!!nnI have to call three times to get their devine attention

They never answer the phone they are very rude when they do answer the phone and it takes an hour to an a half an hour just for cab service they need more taxi service in Mount Vernon it’s unbelievable that there’s only two taxi services in the city
