The co-op city location was terrible. Poor customer service skills. I walked in to place an order and had to use the kiosk. Was in there for at least 20 mins waiting on food and it wasn't even crowded. After seeing any customer waiting for a long time, you would think someone would come over and asked what I'm waiting for but no, I had to call them out to point out that others have gotten their food before me, and they came in and ordered well after me.
My Visit was Horrible. I went through the Drive through. The Cashier was Extremely Rude So Nasty that I just asked for A refund. The Manager was really Nice. Gave Me My Refund and Apologized for the Cashiers behavior. Even gave Me the Order. I won't be back though. I don't need to be Spoken to Rude just for A Taco.
The customer service here is beyond phenomenal . The food is great and the prices are reasonable. The food is prepared fast so you wont be waiting long to order or wait for your food. The store is very clean.i would highly recommend this store.
Clean, fast service, drive thru and parking, cheap prices and friendly staff. I waited about 7 minutes for my sizable order and it was good. Must go if you love taco bell
The food was good and the service was good. It had been over 20 years since I last had a TB burrito. I was not disappointed and will or wait another 20 years before having another.
