Prowash of New Rochelle

The machine stopped in the beginning of the wash . So my car exited with soap. The guys tried wiping the soap. When I say stopped I mean the Brussels didn’t move nothing happened. When I asked what happened he said idk. I said what now he said idk go back in the line we can do it again with an attitude. Than when they say vacume they mean you have to do it . I paid 20$ for wax and a hood was but I believe it’s allnThe same . After I paid me and 5 other cars drove in from two lanes how do they know who paid what and who got wax and who didn’t. I believe everyone gets basic. Plus when I exited the second time I asked what about my armor roll for my tires he asked how much I paid. I mean shouldn’t you know that!!!! Basically a big scheme guys .

If you want to properly wash your car I wouldn’t recommend this place. You have to vacuum yourself and the drive thru wash damages your finish. The car doesn’t get dried off properly and they miss a lot of spots. You’re better off washing it yourself at home.

Got an oil change and car wash right when they opened and I was just in time for work. Fast, easy, super convenient. Staff was friendly too. Coffee is excellent.
