Their food is phenomenal! They get our order right every time, even when we make special requests. I’ve been incredibly cautious through this pandemic and when I saw the safety measures they’ve implemented inside their restaurant, I was relieved. I’ve been to a few other take out restaurants and was appalled by their protocols. They’re our #1 choice for Chinese take out!
This place is absolutely terrible. Ordered 5 dishes and one soup. All dishes tasted like they were fried in 2 year old grease. Hot and soup soup was disgusting. I’m sorry for being so harsh but when I called and explained to the lady that I was giving the food back and wanted a refund she was very rude and hung up on me. Thank goodness for Doordash because they made them return my money. Do not go there!
Always amazing great service. Been going here for years and everytime food is always amazing and the way u want it done. Would highly recommend if u looking for good food in Schenectady
Food was very fishy tasting.. no flavor. I ordered lobster lo mein worse taste ever. Lobster pieces in lo mein looked like chicken toe nails. Hard tiny and very nasty. Will never order there again. Service was rushed and food was worse. Food taste was masked with flavors that did not favor the food. Do NOT recommend!!
I ordered rib tips i received rub chunks sauce drowning all over my rice. I asked for a Sierra mist recievd a grape soda. I asked them for extra crispy chicken and to cut them they did not do either. I called to explain im not happy with my meal. Worker said im sorry and next time I order I will recieve a discount. Didn't ask my name nothing. 1st time trying this place out It will surely be my last. What a waste? Paying tips and fees and not receiving adequate service. Think twice if you order here.
