We ordered salads for delivery but after paying $7.00 plus delivery fee ( which was supposed to be free on 1st order with them) and tax per salad and got lettuce. When calling them the girl told me sorry but we can try to credit you. This does not cut it. Now, we havennothing to eat cause she said a storm might be coming. It's been over and roads are clear. I wouldn't order from this location in the future. Don't offer delivery if you don't want to deliver it. I have not seen a credit yet and had to find something else to eat. Not good business at all. They didn't pay attention I wouldn't even give one star but had to to post this complaint. Don't order from them they don't Stand by their offers or fairness to the customers
Very disappointing. Subway puts more meat on a sub. I just order the ham and turkey mix. The roll was decent. This was definitely a one time experience for me
I go there almost every Saturday for subs. The staff knows me by name. The subs are excellent and the ingredients are always fresh. They operate similar to that chain sub joint, where you choose your own toppings, so if you don't like your sub, it's your fault. The staff is always friendly too.
It's a nice sandwich shop they appear to have a good selection of foods and while it is my first time there I happen to be on my way to see friends who get food from their frequently. So I have it on good authority that the quality is consistently good. The two people that were in the shop were friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to go back. Now I live in Albany I will not be picking up subs and Schenectady often, but when I do I know I will be pleased with what I get from Lyles.
I love this place it’s my favorite sub shop :))
