I highly recommend Dr. Eco Clean. The owner of this company, Justin, is professional and friendly. Our carpets were in horrible shape due to my children and 80 lb dog - and now they look brand new! Justin was very upfront regarding his plan to treat specific set-in stains, his costs, options available, etc. He was also very communicative when setting up an appointment. I will definitely be using Dr. Eco Clean again! He also cleaned our microfiber couch - and it also looks good as new! I also love the fact that Dr. Eco Clean naturally cleans the carpets - our carpets dried incredibly quick. With competitors, we would wait an entire day before dry, with Dr. Eco Clean they were dry in about an hour, possibly even less than that. Justin takes pride in his work and takes extra steps to ensure his clients are happy. If you are looking for an affordable, natural, carpet cleaning company - this is the way to go!

Justin is great! From communicating his arrival time, ensuring he was here and ready to jump in, and reviewing what our expectations were. I respected the honestly of the condition of the stains on the couch and carpet, yet he offered solutions to remedy the stains. I am thoroughly impressed with his time he put into getting it to look as presinte as possible. Will have Justin back in our home next year to treat them again!

A great experience with Justin!nHe gave a fair estimate.nHe showed up promptly and got to work.nHe worked continuously and did not need much direction.nHis system is pretty much self-contained and had need of just a little water, with no clumsy hoses in the way.nHe removed set-in stains quickly and completely.nThe carpets, hallways, and stairs were immaculate and fresh-smelling.nJustin is easy to work with, accommodating, and cordial. We're very glad we chose Dr. Eco Clean for our Grout cleaning and sealing project. Justin is a very dedicated and conscience contractor who took the time and effort to complete a very time consuming job. Our grout was sealed and colored and looks better than the day it was installed. Our 19 year old floor looks brand new. We could not be happier.
