Excellent customer service! Washer stopped midway. Tom came as soon as he could to fix problem. He stayed the entire wash cycle to ensure I didn’t encounter another problem. Even put my load in the dryer for me. Very responsive!

They offer washers of different sizes from average to large, which is great because I'm terrible at doing laundry enough and always end up waiting a month or 2 then I have so much laundry (clothes, towels, blankets, etc.) that I NEED those mega washers. Plus the owner is really nice and is very attentive to the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
The washers were all full of clothing...I mean all the washers...we've been there an hour...no one came for there clothing...to bad I know the owner . Good guy....he will be informed...!
Lots of choices on washers and dryers. Ample soap, clear counters for folding, clean and tidy, and a bill changer. What more could I want?
