State Street Car Wash

The staff is always on point. I never had a bad experience with any of the staff and I use the services at least twice a week, more in the warmer weather. I do miss the air fresheners. The vacuums are a great idea to have for members. One stop shopping is the best.

Great Car Wash Great prices and they even give our free air freshener with packages. I like that if you buy unlimited you can determine the type of unlimited washes you get. That's really cool.

I must say with a very happy attitude that I am extremely impressed with a young gentleman by the name of Jeremy , with enthusiasm and a winning attitude he was able to sell me an unlimited wash pass.nI’ve never met anyone like him, he is truly one of a kind.nnThe program itself is outstanding I love the fact that they have free vacuums ,towels and interior detailing supplies to clean the inside of your vehicle. This is one of the many services that I will continue to use for many years. Thank you gentlemen at State Street car wash, you guys are fantastic.

I had a membership for myself and my boyfriend here. I cancelled mine after a car in front of me applied their brakes under the dryer and almost caused my car to roll into theirs and I already dislike being trapped inside of a small space I cannot get out of. And when I came out to express my concerns about what had just happened and not being able to get out after I too had to apply my brakes they brushed it off like I was crazy. So needless to say I cancelled my membership and continued to pay for my boyfriends on my card. I split up with my boyfriend and left his membership on my card with auto pay. They told him in September his membership wasn’t good. He never confirmed with me and they continued taking money from me AND him for the same car wash. $36 a month for 6 months. I went there to get my money back they promised they’d fix it and only gave $96 back. They owe me at least $215 and I only got $96. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau later if I don’t get my money returned to me because this isn’t the proper way to conduct business. My ex should have called me to confirm that they told him it was cancelled and none of this would have happened. But they also shouldn’t be taking money and not giving the services paid for and then not returning the money that was paid! I want my money back please because this is down right scamming. Thanks !
