Good job cleaning my coat. Young man is not friendly.
Ok I know that people have bad days but the service here has been consistently rude and it's as if they are bothered my business. Well they need not worry, they will no longer be bothered by me or my business we're going somewhere else. To top it off the work that they did was done poorly!
Absolutely appalling service. I was unaware of the Cash Only policy and when I took out my credit card, not only was I met with a look of complete disgust, I was told in a very rude fashion “we do not take cards...” I said it was okay, I have some cash, but I wasn’t prepared for the outrageous prices. The owner gestures toward the ATM and when I told her I would go to my bank down the road she rolled her eyes “do what you have to do then...” She has never failed to be anything but completely rude and condicending. I will not be going back.
Couldn’t be bothered to dry clean suit pants, if you want anything done quickly, avoid Karpinski’s. Rude, and TERRIBLE service.
Would rather drive and pay more to have my dry cleaning done! The younger guy that works there is short and rude with customers. Find somewhere else to bring your things. I will NEVER go back
