Tremendous effort by Robert and crew saved my carpets. Embarrassingly pet stained, Robert went above and beyond in using product and elbow grease as well as time. Worked on both sides of the carpet and pad. Very impressed and extremely satisfied. I will continue to call Classic Carpet Cleaners in the future and recommend whole-heartedly.
We just had Robert and one of his employees come to do 3 bedroom wall-to-wall carpets in a house we just moved into. The carpets were really, really dirty, and one of the rooms had a truly terrible smell from pet urine and mustiness. Robert was so responsive to all communications, managed to squeeze me in ASAP and even worked to get me an earlier appointment! Not only that, but since I did not have an adequate vacuum, he brought one feom home and vacuumed all the carpets. He really went the extra mile, even asking for a rag to clean the grime off the floor trimming! Excellent service and would totally recommend!
Classic Carpet Cleaners were on time, courteous and cost effective. They also explained their process and were great with my dog. They were done in an hour and did an amazing job! Highly recommend.
I used Classic Carpet for the first time to remove a pet oder from a very expensive area rug. Rob was very polite, informative, professional & was on time. He successfully removed the tough Oder and restored the rug back to a brand new condition. I would highly recommend this company to my family & friends and will definitely plan to use him again in the future.
Great work! He did two carpets and with his machine he got out YEARS of dirt! I didn’t think it would work - BUT nice clean 8x 10 area rugs! Scotch Guarded them at no extra cost! Great value! Very professional!
