I came in for Acrylics and waited about 5-10 minutes, which was not a bad time as they had several clients, but the job I recurved was horrible. I asked for almond-shaped acrylics at medium length but what I received...
What I received were 10 nails that vary in size in shape. Not 2 nails are the same length and shape and the tops are bumpy and uneven and I just cringe to look at my nails. The artist would make no change to my requests and barely listened to my words.
I normally love going to regal nails but when I moved closer to a different salon than my usual, I would NOT recommend this location to anyone who values their nails.

Have been going here for about 8-9 years and absolutely love it! The staff is always so friendly and they truly care about you and your experience! Refuse to go anywhere else!
Been coming here for years and always am treated great!! They really do an awesome job at nails & their pedicures rock!
