I was treated with the greatest of respect and they were very helpful! I was suggested to really warm looking for a house or to list their house because real estate agent isn’t just what you get. You also get someone looking out for you!!

Used Susan to buy my home. After we bought our home with susan originally, my husband gave her 4 clients that ALL bought houses from her! We never once received a thank you from Susan or Coldwell Banker for any of those sells! Used Susan again to sell my house- after over 1 year of trying to sell my home Susan and myself came to the agreement it was time to try someone new. Knowing I had 8 weeks left on my contract with Coldwell Banker- I asked if I needed to sign anything to be released from the contract and was told I couldn’t get out of the contract any sooner than the 8 weeks. Decided to call the owner- Donna Foster.nnExplained to Donna on the phone, myself and Susan desire to part ways. Was immediately met with a condescending, unfriendly and angry tone. She actually accused me of finding a buyer on my own (my house didn’t sell for another 9 months after this call, so I can prove that wrong). I was also already in Florida- so wasn’t physically possible.nnShe told me how she spent money on advertising, which is understandable. I then told her how we brought them 4 clients that bought houses from them. She then had a accusatory tone and DEMANDED I tell her the names of the clients and my Husbands name and his employer- like I was lying! I would be happy to email those to her, if requested!nnI asked if she couldn’t release me 8 weeks early- could she release me 4 weeks early. Again, it was a no. Explained that I was unhappy and had given them 13 1/2 months to sell my home (which it didn’t sell). My agent wanted to part ways with us as well- which left me feeling like for the next 8 weeks- no one would try and sell my home! Explained that as an unhappy customer I would leave unhappy reviews. She then said “are you threatening me” in a harsh tone. Then she said “I don’t take kindly to threats”. Well it was 2017 and sorry Donna when customers are unhappy that is what they do in 2017. I have rights too and voicing how I was treated is MY right! Clearly, happiness of the client does not come first!nnShe said she would talk to Susan and call me back and she never called me back! Never once did I say anything bad about Susan to Donna when asked (however she has decided to unfriend me).nnWill say Donna treated my husband fine when he called her a few weeks later and asked to be released and she released us 4 weeks early. However, the way I was spoken to and treated is NOT ok!!!!!nnHad to post this review late- due to wanting to get my house sold.
