Ginger was super nice and patient with our questions and amazing to work with. The drawback we had was once she did the credit and background check, we felt her follow up questions were extremely invasive and unnecessary and ultimately made us withdraw our application. We really felt like this company would be that “nosy landlord”, driving by all the time, just “showing up” etc. with the questions she was asking. We dont mind scheduled inspections and things like that. This seemed like it would go further than that and we’re looking for something where as long as we pay rent on time, keep the outside nice as well as inside, we dont hear from the landlord unless we call for maintenance.

They are great people to rent from and are very kind! Very quick to have repairs or problems resolved. They keep their properties maintained well too! Best landlords we've ever had!
