Huge Disappointment....... Myself and my family will not be back and I will be telling my story to my friends so they will not be put in the same situation I was. I was very excited to use this service because I was told they were great only to find out that they send the stuff you drop to them to another cleaner. I payed them to clean my shirt not the other guy. Lesson learned and I will ask from now on. I never write reviews but I have to write about this experience because it was so bad. I walked in last Wednesday and made it clear I needed my shirt ASAP I was told I could have it that Friday so I payed ahead and walked out. I returned Friday to be told they could not find my shirt and I would have to check back Monday...... I told the owner the reason I dropped off my shirt was because I needed it and he said SORRY NOTHING I CAN DO TILL MONDAY...... my wife called a few times and they told her they would Compensate us for all the run around and we waited till the following Wednesday with NO PHONE CALL so I walked back in and gave the owner the Receipt for the shirt I had to buy for my Saturday event and was met at the counter with my shirt that they lost........ long story short they lost all future business from me and every time I feel to tell this story to another person I hope they also will never use Ritter’s again. I will never forget how I was treated and the horrible customer service.....

Hometown favorite...they are always on point and willing to go the extra mile if you need your clothes back asap.
