I'd trust nobody else with my Aran sweater I got in Ireland. 5 years old and still looks brand new because of their care.
I had recently moved to NY from TX, found them online. Went 1x, and won't go back! The customer service was BLAH at best. They ruined a shirt of mine, didn't bother telling me, I didn't see it until I took it out of the plastic and went to go wear it awhile later. Hate to put a negative comment, especially because they are a small business, and I love supporting small businesses, but I seriously think they need to reconsider how they run their business.
9 to 3 hours make it impossible to drop off or pick up.
Awesome service and friendly staff. Most cleaners in the area send their clothing out to have it steamed and pressed. They do theirs on the premises. I'm originally from Brooklyn NY where there were cleaners like this in every neighborhood . I can bring a suit in the morning and it will be ready to go in a few hours. Even other cleaners in the are recommend them for fast efficient service. Great business.
Most expensive cleaner I have used. The attendant that took my order had the personality of a stoned basil plant. The kid that returned my order appeared upset that I interrupted his snapchatting. Customer service= 0 stars. I drive a few extra miles to have some more personal service and save a pocket full of cash while I'm at it.
