Several years ago, Phil, Jr. sold our first home within one week of us listing with him. Three years ago, he sold our second home within three weeks of listing with him, and he worked with us through the purchase of our current home. He is very professional, and the other realtors that we came into contact with at this agency are, as well. If we ever sell again, I would definitely list with Home Towne Realty.
