We met Kathleen when she was the seller's agent for the house we bought, and we knew then that if we ever sold that house, she would be our agent. Kathleen is a really lovely person to work with and has such a great positive energy and spirit! We're so grateful to have had the chance to work with her and get to know her better. Kathleen is a superb communicator, always keeping us informed about potential buyers and viewings, and keeping us on track and out of trouble with gentle reminders about things we needed to do. She is highly knowledgeable about the rules around real estate issues and seems to be acquainted with an exhaustive list of resources - she can pull rabbits out of hats! For example, she put us in touch with an auction company for selling our equipment, who did a first rate job for us, and she reached out to a connection to enable a last-minute insect inspection. Kathleen is also deeply committed to dealing with people with honesty, integrity and reliability. We have complete confidence and trust in her and her team, and would not hesitate to recommend them as the best agency in the region.

Kathleen recently sold our home and she was super to work with!! Kathleen is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and was on point with advice she gave us concerning fixes we should do to get our home sold quickly and for the best price, while saving us money and time. We had used Kathleen in the past with another home purchase and chose her again because of her high degree of integrity and she did not disappoint with this transaction, selling for us this time. Kathleen and Epp are wonderful people and we highly recommend them. If your looking for down to earth, friendly and professional people, look no further!!

Following the death of my daughter's husband, her property did not receive routine maintenance for several years, then it sat empty for about 1 year. During that year various unwelcome guests - both 2-legged and 4-legged - basically trashed the property. We were introduced to Kathleen Walls shortly after we started restoring the house. Having a limited budget, we asked Kathleen for her professional opinions and recommendations. Her advice was practical, doable and effective. Being off-season with lots and lots of rain, I didn't expect the property to sell until springtime. However, despite the timing and the weather, it was only 90 days from listing to closing. Kathleen was knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful and professional. I can and would highly recommend her as a realtor.
