I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years now. I came in for my standard haircut like always and the first thing Pauline said to me is that the person that cuts your hair is not here! I stated that’s fine. Will you cut my hair? She said NO! I asked why and she stated “I won’t cut your hair because you’re too picky”. I’m completely in shock. I just pre-paid for $110.00 in haircuts! I sent my wife in just a few weeks ago specifically to see Pauline only to have her turn me away as customer. I’ve never felt more discriminated against.
I got a great haircut, from Brandon and some great advice on letting my hair grow out. I appreciated the professionalism and efforts to keep everyone healthy during this rough time.
Very good. Great Clips followed all safety guidelines. I felt comfortable with the proceedures they followed & I loved the cut. ✂ They are a nice quick cut with friendly service at a great price.
Things have changed so much at Great Clips because of the virus, from having to checking in & then wait outside the building.
Still Brandon always does a great job and I am always happy with my haircut.
Love going there. We lovr the staff. I keep going back for mu kiddos.
