We pay monthly & use it a lot. The service is always great. We've been to N. Syracuse & usually go to the one in Cortland. The service is always above & beyond, highly recommended!
I go here every 2 days or so. Noticed scratches on my vehicle. Not even going to fight it because they will most likely say it's not from them. Ill just cancel my membership and go to Delta Sonic from now on. Stop using brushes in the beginning.
Hands down the worst car wash on this side of town. Its always broken down, and even when it is working, the cleaners/ soaps are never filled and you pay a premium price for an absolutely terrible wash. Go to the wash down the road near Walmart, there is always a wait there but that is because it's worth the money and time.
I really like the touch light wash - it's the only auto car wash (that I've been to in the area) that has the tire brushes. None of the other auto washes clean my rims like this one does! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc its a bit pricey. Just under $15 for 1 wash is high... delta is a few dollars more and you get multiple washes, within a time frame. But I'd rather not wait in the line at delta so I'll continue paying a lot for 1 time washes lol.
It ma be touch less but it left a dirt film all over the car. Delta sonic is so much better and they wipe down the car after washing it.
