This place is a dive, ever since the ownership changed hands especially. Half if not more than half of the dryers do not work and you find out the hard way when you pull your clothes out expecting them to be dry and they are soaking wet. The owner clearly does not care at all about customers throwing their money into machines and being taken for a ride. I hope this place closes down.
This is unacceptable its like playing Russian roulette between which washers and dryers work. The owners should be ashamed of themselves
Lost $6 in large machine and $.50 in dryer. No way to call to get money back that I can see. Neat and clean get away with our money. Sad that you take your customers for granted. I don’t come often, but you were close to my house. Next time I’ll drive a bit further. Poor service. Shame on you.
It is always filthy in here. Broken washers and dryers never have tags to let you know. Now all the chairs are gone and no where for a customer to sit. Yes bums do sleep here overnight.
