The lady that works Saturday afternoon is very rude. Went to drop off my clothes. She said she doesn’t know when it’s going to be ready and didn’t really want to talk I just walked out 12//05/20 at 2:45 pm

Washing machine n dryer are not working well n when I complained lady start to fight with me if u r getting money you r responsible to fixed these machine too

Absolutely Avoid this place. The dryer machines/washines don,t work.It took 70mins to dry anblanket that was not properly spun [wringed out of water] .When you bring the complain 2 staff, 1st they don,t care then get so rude. They don,t want admit any wrong.The customer is always wrong and its not their problem.nThis place looks neglected to me of anyone that wants 2 run a serious buisness.I guess as long as they are making.My day was completely ruined a i still had 2 go elsewhere 2 dry my clothes.nI really hope people see my review and avoid this place.

I really hate to give bad reviews but this place deserves one. Their machines won't work, employees are not helpful at all, owners not here, the machine that I got, had no sign on it stating that this machine is broken, so i start using, washer is not able to use mix the soap with the load, I put in 18 quarters and then notice the problem, went to the employee and told her about the problem ,she didn't care, I asked for 18 quarters so I can use another machine. She still doesn't care, kept on saying come back tomorrow early in the morning at 7 am to meet the owner and tell him the problem. I told her I am not gonna come back tomorrow for $4.50 early in the morning ( I am not worried about $4.50 , I just want to wash my clothes). But no response. No care. Never come here. Don't use this laundromat. People have busy lives and tons of issues to take care of. Washing clothes shouldn't be such a hassel. Now I have to to go somewhere else with wet clothes.

Until the owner acts like he cares about his business and his employees I suggest you don't go here. Every time I go here there are more machines out of service then are working. The change machines weren't even working. The women that work here are friendly,but I am done giving my money to this business. On a side note, I think it's disgusting that he's staying open for Thanksgiving.
