I called them one day so they can do a bearing job. They told me that they will put me on the list. The next day, one of their technician showed up and told me that he was in the neighborhood so he came to check my machine. He looked at it and when I turned the drum for him he confirmed that I needed a bearing job, he then left. After one week I called the company and they told me that I told him that I do not want to do the job. I asked how much the bearing job would cost and they said at least $1,000. They sent me a bill for $55 and said that the technician that came and did nothing was a treavelling job and therefore I was to be charged. Do not trust this company since they are crooks and the job was not even a bearing job. He just agreed to agreed, the problem was totally different. If it were up to me, I would put no stars. And this was not the only incident. There were countless mischarges that were made under this company.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went to the location in Carlstadt NJ to inquire about a vending machine. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Raymond Fusco, which immediately judged me by my appearance and skin color. I was handed a flyer and advised I would be called later that day; I never received a call. The following day, I called Mr. Fusco and informed him I am interested in purchasing the product and would like more information. He advised I must come down to the warehouse to view the vending machines (why wasn’t I offered this yesterday? was the first thing that came to mind). I advised I had a busy schedule but would clear some time to come down. He referred me to another sales agent “Surf” which was to show me the models. When I arrived, I was advised there were no models and a print out of what the machine looks like was given to me. I became frustrated after 30 minutes and while explaining how I felt to Mr. Surf, he walked out of the room without warning. No excuse me, be right back, give me a minute... nothing! While sitting in the conference room I overheard him refer to someone as the “black heavy set guy, I don’t know his name; he is just a driver!” This company has no regard for others. I simply stood up and walked out. I would not refer anyone here. Take your business elsewhere!!

The worse laundromat in syosset if you start your machine don't walk out because it will stop spinning . And after you ask for help the owner will tell you not to come back. This place is awful i wouldn't even give it one star . Zero stars would be best
