This is a very interesting museum. It has an extraordinary amount of materials, all well organized and catalogued and made accessible by informed friendly volunteer docents. Each year there are specialized exhibits featuring local history, often in the context of larger national or international events. Like so many small town or city ventures, their hours are limited, so be sure to check before planning a visit. Be sure to take full advantage of the volunteers. I am told they may even take you on a private tour and show you city highlights.
TO SEE GREAT PHOTOS OF LITTLE FALLS N.Y. IN THE 40s, 50S, 60s, and right up to modern day, you have to visit this place.
A must see during any trip in the area of Little Falls. Very nice displays and knowledgeable staff about the history of the area going back to before the Revolutionary Makes a great stop to see local history.
Well worth a visit if you are there when they are open or can plan and call ahead and make special arrangements. They are closed November thru April.
