I go late at night to avoid crowds. Couple coin jams and could use a good sweeping, but otherwise good experience

A number of times the change machines don't work & 1 time both change machines were out of change. Lost over $20 in his washers mostly within the last 3 years refuses to give people their money back. Only got money back if a worker was there otherwise nope! This is the Ravena establishment.
Machines need a lot of maintenance or emptying. The change machines seem to not be changed often enough for a 24/7 business. There use to be someone here during the day to make sure things were running properly.
