Universal Car Wash

If you care about your car at all don’t go here. None of the soap options worked whatsoever, just shot out high pressure water. Take your time and drive another 20 minutes to go to the wash in Catskill or anywhere else at all.

BUYER BEWARE: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.nnI don't even know where to begin. This place is horrible. Seriously, save your money and wait for the next rain storm or just go to the Catskill car wash.nn$12 for a car wash that leaves blue soap all over your car, it didn't even wash the wheel wells on my car, let alone the under carriage (which we paid for).nnThe last time I used the self service portion the nozzle blew off of the wand and cost me $10. How this place is still in business I can't comprehend. Just go somewhere else.

Hands down the worst automated car wash around. Most of the time the nozzles are clogged. My vehicle leaves still dirty and covered in soap. Worst of all, their polish jets ruined my bed cover. I've washed my truck all over the place and never had that issue. If they don't upgrade, avoid like the plague.

Terrible, the brushless never works right, no pre soap again, no protective again, never get what you pay for. Too bad they are the only game in town. Someone needs to open a good one and put this one out of business.

Should be out of business. Have some respect for others. Insulting that you would take money for such a horrible car wash. Three strikes you're out. Never again.
