They have been my dry cleaner for close to a decade now. Always fast professional service and in my time utilizing them there's never been a single problem with any of the clothes upon return. I've never tried another dry cleaner but if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Very frustrated. We got two shirts back full of what looked like down feathers. And she swore she couldn't imagine how it happened. Hmm.... let me think. We got offered a lint roller and an apology. Or leave the shirts to be picked up 3 days later. No offer for a refund.
My family and I have been going to Vara's for our drying cleaning for a very time long. I dropped our DRY CLEAN ONLY comforter off a few weeks ago, when I went back to pick it up paid and left. When I put it on the bed the comforter had ripples all over it, when I brought it back to Vara's for an explanation they copped an attitude saying that the material is susceptible to the chemicals dryer cleaners used then they proceeded to hand me a form about the topic. They ruined a 300 dollar comforter and took no responsibility, no apology and blamed me for not knowing and leaving the comforter. Do not go to Vara's Dry Cleaning!
