I am so happy to give Bieler Janitorial Services the highest rating possible! Our journey started with the desire to replace our original 20 year old kitchen floor with another type of flooring. After months of searching for the right floor for us---going back and forth to numerous flooring outlets---bringing home samples---returning them--etc.-etc. etc., we could find nothing that we liked or that met our needs. Then, because our current floor was in excellent condition (but showed every bit of 20 years of wear and tear), we wondered if it would be possible to have it restored. We remembered that we had some original tiles in our basement, and we brought them up to compare with our present tiles. After the comparison, I told myself that it would take a miracle to restore our floor to its original condition-----and that I would be satisfied if it just looked better-----and very happy if it turned out looking good. So we decided to give it a try and called Bieler Services. Well, to make a long story short, they DID perform the miracle I thought could never happen---and got our floor looking as beautiful as the day we had it installed (20 years ago!!) Through the entire process, Kevin (VP), could not have been more positive, helpful, and involved in every aspect of the job--- and the two men who worked on our floor could not have been more professional, courteous, and EXTREMELY hard-working. We also had Bieler clean our rugs and furniture--excellent job, as well!!) In conclusion, if I could give Bieler Janitorial Services a 10-star rating, I would!

Our insurance agency hired Bieler Janitorial to clean our office once per month. We are VERY impressed with the job Pauline does- she goes above and beyond her normal duties for us every time she cleans. Billing is very easy to take care of, and the service when you call their office is great. I give them a 10/10, and we will not be switching cleaning companies any time soon.
