Found this company through a google search. They scheduled an appointment right away which was great. They were clear about any and all additional cost for the services I inquired about so there were no surprises. The technician called and was ahead of schedule and arrived early after asking if that was ok! Perfect! Joe ( really hope I got that right) and Tyler were amazing. Super informative, friendly and knowledgeable. They were in and out and my carpets smell and look amazing. Will absolutely use this company again.
Hooray for Chem Dry! This is year number two for the best carpet cleaning I have ever had the pleasure to pay for. Josh and Tyler were prompt, professional and friendly. They did one bedroom, the stairs, my living room and dining room. My house smells wonderful and the carpets all look new again. Chem Dry customer for life. Thanks so much.
This is a wonderful and customer service oriented company. I opted for the special Hot Carbonating Extraction method to tackle our living room and bedroom carpets. The carpets are beautiful and smell very fresh. The technician John was very methodical and informative. In addition he was quite courteous and accomodating. My little dog liked him too. I plan to have my carpets professionally cleaned by Chem-Dry every year. 5 stars and 3 cheers!
Excellent !!! I will only use Chem-Dry to clean carpets/upholstery. They have the best cleaning process. The servicemen are professionals. They even got the hard to reach areas where dirt builds up in small spots. Very impressed ! I highly recommend !!
Service was excellent and quick, everything is Eco-friendly, nice smelling, no chemical smells or wet rugs, the rugs were dry in a few hours. There was an anti-bacterial treatment available to remove any molds, bacteria, and anything in the rug and that made the air easier to breather afterwards. As for stains, these were not completely removed. By the door and by the computer and that is the only thing I was unhappy with. If you use this service, talk about how essential it is that certain stains do indeed get removed.
