They stained my carpet when they treated it with a chemical that the claimed would remove a pet stain that was invisible to the eye. When we requested information on their damage insurance policy the owner Donna said they don’t cover insurance and refused to compensate foe the damage caused by her technician - very unprofessional
Josh and John were great at how well they work together. Very professional and explained every thing they were doing. Gave me information I never knew. Couldn't have been more satisfied nor my husband.
