Advertised as being useful for Tenants to find rentals, this business is heavily-slanted towards the Landlord. They come across as elitist, condescending, snobs. Of course, it depends on who you speak to and what day you call. They often have difficult receptionists, showing that management has a similar attitude, which trickles down to the person who answers the phone. They have limited competition, which allows them to treat people as they will. Id suggest using their competition, another Real Estate & Development Service, in Pikeville.

Very poor management of property and customer service is nonexistent. As others have stated, lack of competition allows to them a very low standard.
