Worst customer service ever. Rep was argumentative and was not understanding that we just wanted to be put on a 30 day net. But the excellent management team acted quickly and efficiently and addressed my concerns asap. Hats off to unifirst management.
We (Martinez Auto Body Shop Inc) have been with Unifirst for quite some time, and we are very happy with the service. Our driver Matt is wonderful. He is polite, accommodating, and professional. Matt is a great representation of the business. The uniforms are really good quality and the guys love that there are options for the pants as well. Definitely 5 stars earned for this company!
Boralex Hydro Operations has been using UniFirst-Albany since 2003. Through the years our Service Team has been very accommodating and we have always had dependable Route Salesman Drivers. Currently our driver, Ed, is extremely efficient and conscientious with a good follow-up on any matter. Ed is always happy and pleasant when he arrives at our office and is very helpful when it comes to our uniform exchanges, repairs, etc.
I would just like to take a moment and say that this is a great company to do business with. Whenever I have a question or need to change/place an order Nancy and Henry are ALWAYS happy to oblige. Power Recycling/Power Pallet sends you many thanks!!!
We have tried a few of the large uniform companies always with many problems and issues. We switched to UniFirst a year ago and have been thrilled. There has not been an issue and Scott, our driver/rep is wonderful. Very friendly, very professional. I HIGHLY recommend them!
