I guess I’m having a hard time understanding why as a customer I am given a specific pick up date - but when I arrive on that day I’m told it’s not done yet. If it’s not protocol to call customers to let them know the garments aren’t going to be done on the date specified, it really should be. When I said that I wish someone would have called the associate told me “yeah we usually don’t call”. .....okay. Thanks?
I’ve used capitol cleaners a few times now and everyone is so friendly and the quality is top notch. Mary went above and beyond to make sure I had my suit back in time after dropping it off with short notice. I will always recommend Mary and the staff. Thank You
I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. New management has really improved on what was already a great establishment! They always come through in the clutch when I need something cleaned quickly. Excellent staff, excellent service, and conveniently located to where I do most of my shopping.
Great dry cleaner! I was in the area from out of town and needed a couple of shirts cleaned. Turnaround time was quick and prices were much better than I'm used to. Both people I dealt with at the counter were fantastic. Would definitely use them again if I'm back in the area!!
